Step 2

  1. Wood Block with 1.5” edges -best for marbled paper

  2. Chunky Canvas with 2” edges- to hang as is

  3. Thin Canvas with .5” edges -best to frame

  4. Flat Canvas board to frame or prop in easel

Choose your Background

Artist Portrait and Commission Notes:

Pricing: The prices above include 2 human faces for a portrait of a couple. The pet portrait prices are for one face. Each additional pet or human face is $40. Portraits that include a crowd of people must be at least 16x20” and there is an additional $100 fee. Smaller portraits have less detail and will be a bit more abstract.

Each commission requires a non refundable 50% down and final payment upon completion. Commission pieces are to be paid with cash, check or Venmo, to avoid credit card fees. There is no sales tax on commission pieces in the state of Oklahoma. Most pieces are completed within 2 weeks. Other sizes available on request. Prices do not include shipping. Pieces may be picked up at my studio in Edmond, Oklahoma or mailed for an additional fee.

Framing and Printing: I offer custom framing for an additional fee. Framing takes about one week. I offer printing of note cards and small prints to share for an additional fee. Note cards start at $5 each with a $20 set up fee. Prints range from $20-60 depending on the size desired.

Marbled Paper Notes: I make each piece of marbled paper in my studio. No two pieces are alike, I will send you pictures of papers I have in the colors you prefer. If you choose a marbled background it will be collaged on a wood block and the subject will be painted on top. I highly recommend a wood block for this process as some wrinkling can occur, and this seems to be less problematic on a wood surface.

Copyright: I maintain the copyright of every piece I paint. This means that I can choose to reproduce the image in prints, publish on social media and use the image at my discretion. If you are desiring to purchase the copyright to the image you commission, you may purchase that copyright for an additional $500. This will allow you to publish/reproduce the image.
