A prayer for our nation

The task our nation faces in coming together and working for unity and understanding is very great. The time is now. We are a nation of the free, but are bound to one another in love.

Set against the American flag seen as striped fields and a sky with 50 energetic stars, the oxen are partners, equally yoked.

May our oxen draw heavy loads. May there be no breaching of walls, no going into captivity and no cry of distress in our streets. Psalm 144:1-4
