Each year I paint the Chinese animal of the year. (You can find 2023 Rabbits and 2022 Tiger in my available prints) 2024 is the year of the dragon. As I pondered the dragon as a symbol of power, freedom and might, a vision of a pair of tamed dragons came to my mind. The ones I imagined were available for ferocity but watching in a peaceful and protective stance.

When the heart feels protected it can be creative, curious and free.
